MyRedPark is operated by Zopytech Ltd., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA).

1. Information We Collect
Account information (name, email), profile data, location data you provide when searching for parking, booking and payment metadata (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers), support conversations, and device/usage data needed to operate the service.
2. How We Use Information
To operate the marketplace: matching drivers with hosts, processing bookings and payments, booking verification (OTP), fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Location Data
Location is used for proximity parking search. Coordinates you search with are processed to return nearby listings. We do not track background location on the website.
4. Payments
Payments and payout banking details are collected and stored by Stripe on their PCI-compliant infrastructure. MyRedPark stores only transaction metadata (amounts, status, references).
5. Sharing
Hosts see the driver's name and booking details for confirmed bookings; drivers see the host's name and listing details. Access instructions are revealed only after a booking is confirmed. We may disclose data where required by law.
6. Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Financial records tied to bookings, payments, and payouts are retained as required for tax and financial reporting; other personal identifiers are pseudonymised on deletion.
7. Security
Sessions are server-managed and revocable, passwords are salted and hashed (PBKDF2), and transport is encrypted over HTTPS.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us via the support channel to exercise them.
